CrossFit Muswellbrook is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and community-minded CrossFit Coach to join our growing team.

We’re a welcoming and inclusive gym that genuinely cares about our members and the quality of coaching we provide. We’re looking for someone who loves coaching people, wants to continue developing their skills and is excited to be part of a great team.

The role

We’re offering 8–10 hours per week at a casual rate, generally worked in 4-hour blocks, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours as they become available.

There is potential for the role to grow for the right person as our gym continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing

- Coaching CrossFit group classes
- Demonstrating and teaching movements safely and effectively
- Scaling workouts to suit different abilities
- Creating an encouraging and inclusive class environment
- Building genuine relationships with members
- Working alongside our coaching team
- Helping maintain the high standards of our gym and community

About you We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a CrossFit Level 1 or higher, or Certificate III in Fitness
- Is confident coaching groups
- Is reliable, professional and punctual
- Has great communication and people skills
- Is passionate about helping people become fitter, stronger and more confident




- Is open to feedback and committed to improving their coaching
- Wants to be part of a team and contribute to the wider gym community

Previous coaching experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right person who is newer to coaching and eager to learn. Why CrossFit Muswellbrook?
