ColdTrek is a locally owned company established in 2010. During that time we have partnered with Streets Ice cream selling such market leading brands as Magnum, Paddlepop, Gaytime and Ben and Jerry's. Our customer base mainly consists of Petrol and Convenience sites, Deli's, Schools, Cinema, Stadiums etc. We pride ourselves on creating an workplace that is family friendly whilst always putting our customers first.

Qualifications & experience

- Having office experience preferred. Must have basic computer skills and literacy. Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Confidence to work in a highly competitive team environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Inbound and outbound calls from a diverse customer base across States and country regions. Selling Market leading brands like Streets and Ben and Jerry's. Assisting customers with specific enquiries. Being accountable for delivering sales targets. Provide a high level of customer service.
