Are you an experienced construction CRM who knows how to keep customers happy and jobs moving?

Hudson Homes is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in a CRM/customer relationship role within residential construction. Your background could be in Pre-Site or Construction — we’re open to either.

This role is all about people, organisation and keeping things moving. You’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, keep them informed throughout their build, coordinate with internal teams, resolve issues and make sure jobs stay on track from Tender Acceptance through to Handover and Warranty.

? Working closely with Construction, Pre-Site, Estimating & Drafting

? Handover & Warranty coordination

? Keeping customers informed and problems moving towards solutions

What would be a bonus?

Experience with Permits, or an interest in Colours/Selections — but it’s not essential.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
