The prospect

Here is a rare opportunity to join an established company in an exciting phase of development, this role plays a pivotal role in the customer service team, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and optimizing overall customer experiences. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the front line for the business handling all things relating to our customer base. Some tasks include phone and online channel Inquiries, P&A;’s, resolving technical issues, Freight follow up and assisting customers in finding the perfect product solution to suit their needs.

On-site parking is available, and our Coburg North facility is also located close to a range of public transport options.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding sales support via phone and online channels (Email, WhatsApp, Meta comment/messenger)




- Assess customer requirements using our comprehensive catalogues to recommend suitable products.
- Process sales orders or quotes for customers efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure customers receive optimal assistance.
- Address and follow up on customer freight inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate closely with our In-house Technical, Marketing & warehouse teams, Customers, and Partners to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
- Uphold company presentation standards and contribute to the company’s brands awareness.
- Face to Face customer service / field representative work 1 day per week will also be available after probationary period.
- Periodic Trade show / weekend / afterhours work may be available as required

Required Skills

- Previous experience in Customer Service/Sales, Parts Interpretation, Retail, or Trade Sales.
- Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
- Consumer electronic product knowledge also desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar & Proficient in the Microsoft Suite with experience in CRM style software
- Full Australian driver’s license capable and licenced to drive preferable manual vehicles.

- Customer service focus with previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and clear communication skills/interpersonal skills
- Must be a motivated self-starter and a team environment
- Team player, ability to work with multiple people across different departments & locations
- Strong general computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Freshdesk preferred but not essential.
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed established KPIs.
- Automotive or consumer electronic product-based experience preferred
- Passionate about all things automotive
