We’re passionate about quality coffee, providing great service and making sure our customers have a personable experience whether it be instore at one of our retail stores, online via our website or through one of our much love wholesale partners.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service superstar to join our friendly, hardworking and efficient team in a Full time position commencing immediately.

What You’ll be doing

- Answering inbound customer calls, emails, and texts in a warm, friendly, professional manner
- Processing orders for our wholesale partners, Merlo retail stores and from time to time our online customers.
- Troubleshooting customer queries and providing first call resolution where possible
- Liaising with our freight partners to ensure deliveries run on time and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Supporting our Account Managers/Sales Team with their customer enquiries
- Making outbound calls to follow up on orders, touch base with our coffee-loving customer base

What You’ll Bring

- A passion for customer service – You must love people!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Someone confident in using multiple different computer systems at once and knows their way around a computer effortlessly
- A genuine team player,



who has a positive and can-do attitude
- Previous Customer Service or call centre experience required
- Impeccable attention to detail, high level of initiative and problem-solving capability
