The Appointment:

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their customer service team at their CBD location. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and time critical responses
- Troubleshooting and alleviating customer concerns while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Working through caseloads as promptly as possible, ensuring precision and exceptional customer service

You’ll bring

- Experience in a phone-based or frontline customer service role
- A solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in financial services or highly regulate environments advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly and adaptable personality, with a passion for helping others
