About the role

This is a varied role combining customer service, showroom and warehouse work. You'll spend much of your day helping walk-in customers choose tiles, bathroom ware and fittings, while also getting involved in stock movement and forklift duties - generally around 2–3 hours per day. Working one Saturday per month (9am–2pm) is a non-negotiable requirement of the role.

About you

- Current and valid forklift licence - essential

- Confident, friendly customer service skills

- Practical, hands-on approach

- Good communication and judgement

- Reliability and a genuine willingness to be part of a small team

- Previous retail, customer service, trade, warehouse, or building products experience is advantageous

- Ability to read house plans/take-off measurements would be a bonus
