? We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in accounting, financial administration, reporting, and developing their career in a professional finance environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
- Process invoices, payment requests, receipts, and financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction verification.
- Prepare and organize financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
- Support expense claims, payment processing, and financial documentation.
- Maintain accounting databases, spreadsheets, and financial records.
- Assist with data entry and ensure accounting information is accurate and up to date.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities when required.
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents to auditors.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external parties regarding finance-related matters.
- Perform general administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.





✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
