About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) to join our growing team in Australia.

This role is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, interns, and early-career professionals who are interested in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and decision support.

The successful candidate will work with business, finance, operations, marketing, and technology teams to collect, clean, analyse, and visualize data and help turn data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Assist with developing and maintaining data visualizations and performance dashboards.
- Monitor business KPIs and key performance indicators.
- Perform basic statistical and descriptive analysis.
- Identify data inconsistencies, errors, and quality issues.
- Support data-cleaning and data-validation activities.
- Assist with SQL queries and database-related analysis.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Translate business questions into data-analysis tasks.
- Present analytical findings in clear and understandable formats.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business-performance analysis.
- Assist with data-driven process-improvement initiatives.




- Conduct research and gather relevant business or market data.
- Maintain accurate analytical documentation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, and other teams.
- Support data projects, automation initiatives, and business-intelligence activities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Good understanding of basic statistics and data-analysis concepts.
- Robust Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Strong English communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems,



Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, academic project, research, or previous data-analysis experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, or business-intelligence projects is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Australian business practices and data environments is an advantage.
