- Develop, implement and audit MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, switching procedures, workflows, reporting and governance controls.
- Use SCADA and monitoring systems to maintain accurate awareness of network status and operating conditions.
- Oversee HV maintenance, vendors and service providers, and lead incident review, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Provide clear customer and stakeholder communication on switching, outages, risk and restoration.

- Strong knowledge of isolation, restoration, electrical safety, process management and continuous improvement.
- Sound judgement under pressure and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining clear customer communication.
- Data Centre and SCADA experience are highly regarded; comparable experience from power generation, utilities, oil and gas or pharmaceutical manufacturing may also be relevant.
- An Electrical Engineering degree, electrical trade qualification or equivalent recognised professional experience is preferred, along with current or previous HV Authorised Person status.
