About the role

As a Data Entry Operator & Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting accurate, efficient and high-quality administrative and data entry processes. This position is responsible for entering and validating operational information, maintaining driver and job records, supporting invoicing processes, and assisting the business as it transitions toward paperless operating systems.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and maintaining run sheets, including supporting the transition from manual processes to electronic driver devices.

- Data entry into CRM.

- Organise and order driver cards, ensuring all driver cards are accounted for by matching them off against the system generated report.

- When entering information, ensure the rate has been picked to ensure that the correct payment is made by the customer.

- Follow up on any wrongly filed paperwork.

- Separate and manually invoice cards with hourly hire.

- Inputting all jobs from the driver's cards e.g., Start & Finish time, fuel, and mileage,



followed by the pricing of the jobs.

- Entering all dockets into weekly bundles and checking them off against a system-generated report once a week's worth of cards / dockets have been entered.

- Support the business's transition to a paperless operating environment, including the implementation and use of driver devices for job allocation, job information and associated records.

- Administrative duties and management of files.

About you

- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in an office and data entry role.

- Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions.

- Robust understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

- High standard of accuracy and the ability to ensure entries are properly validated.

- Prior experience with Translogix, MTData desirable but not essential.

- Transport and/or waste management industry experience preferable.
