We are seeking a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and performance improvement. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, reporting, and using analytical thinking to solve real-world business problems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies within datasets.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Support teams with data-driven analysis for strategic and operational decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business, customer, and operational questions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and track business performance.
- Validate datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical documentation.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and performance analysis when required.
- Support forecasting, planning, and business performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics,



Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Internship, academic, or project experience involving data analysis or reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
