We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to help uncover the stories behind the numbers. You’ll work with datasets, reports, and business information to identify meaningful patterns and turn raw data into clear insights that support smarter decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and prepare data from internal and external sources.
- Clean datasets and investigate missing, inconsistent, or unusual information.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights clearly.
- Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to answer business and operational questions.
- Support recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and define useful metrics.
- Validate data and ensure reports are accurate and consistent.
- Translate analytical findings into explicit summaries and practical recommendations.
- Document data sources, processes, metrics, and reporting workflows.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.




- Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or another analytical programming language is helpful.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to recognize patterns and ask thoughtful questions about data.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and analytical techniques.
- Academic projects, personal dashboards, coursework, or data portfolios are welcome.
