The Chance

Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting, this role sits within our Mainland Centre of Expertise and is responsible for driving performance, governance and value across our shared services partnership model.

You will partner with internal and offshore stakeholders to manage service delivery outcomes, oversee commercial and contract performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide insights that support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities include

- Drive the Performance and Value Management Framework, providing insights and recommendations to improve service outcomes
- Monitor service delivery performance, identify trends and proactively address performance gaps Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, business cases and performance analysis
- Manage billing, commercial reconciliations and contract compliance activities
- Guide and collaborate with offshore teams to achieve agreed service standards and business objectives
- Ensure robust governance,



documentation and reporting practices are maintained across all initiatives

About You

You are an analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working across commercial, operational and stakeholder-focused activities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a genuine interest in shared services, process improvement and driving business performance.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

- CA qualification (essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
- 5 years' experience as a Finance Analyst, Contract Administrator, Commercial Analyst or similar role within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong interest in shared services and outsourcing models
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Well-developed communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
