We are a modern, Dental practice with an energetic team looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in Wickham and Belmont. Our practice offers a full range of high quality, General Dentistry, as well as a comprehensive range of cosmetic services.

We are looking for a Dental Assistant (part-time and full-time candidates accepted) who:

No dental assisting experience is required. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. We are looking for the right person to fit in with the positive, passionate and respectful culture of our growing team.

As our Receptionist, you will be the backbone of the practice — overseeing both patient care and day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting and inspiring our team to deliver an exceptional standard of service.

- Providing exceptional patient care and safety
- Maintaining confidentiality of all practice and patient information
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dental assisting with procedures,



lab work with state of the art equipment and aftercare
- Maintaining and sterilising equipment
- Use of dental software
- Coordinating patient appointments and overseeing smooth daily workflows
- Processing payments, health fund claims, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with dental regulations and practice policies
- Identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Work closely with clinical staff to manage patient flow
- Opening or closing the dental practice where required
- Supporting flexibility in practice staffing arrangements
- Enjoy a modern practice with a strong patient base who know and trusts them
- Work within a team of like-minded professionals, who support and encourage their professional development
- Demonstrate their exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative setting
