About the Role

nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres, running up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods, and we're on the hunt for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting:

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing chairside assistance across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced centre

- Sterilisation and infection control
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across a large, multi-chair centre
- Working collaboratively within a large, professional team

About You

- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
- Strong understanding of infection control standards
- Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
- Excellent communication and patient care skills

- Available Monday to Friday
