Design & Digital Marketing Support (Casual)

McLaren Flat, South Australia Cocco Corporation is a family-owned and operated business and the parent company of premium Australian brands including Maine Beach. Based in the heart of McLaren Flat, we create body care, home fragrance and lifestyle products inspired by Australia's unique landscapes and ingredients.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Design & Digital Marketing Support team member to join our growing team on a casual basis. This flexible role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across graphic design, digital marketing, website management and product development, and is looking for a wide-ranging position within a fast-paced and innovative business.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content to promote products across social media, websites, eDMs, catalogues and other marketing channels.
- Design and build eDM campaigns using Mailchimp where needed.
- Design, update and maintain our brand websites, primarily on Shopify.
- Create brochures, sales tools, presentations, point-of-sale material and other promotional assets.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and coordination of social media content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online brand initiatives.
- Work alongside the product development team to create conceptual packaging designs and product presentations.
- Assist with new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.




- Previous experience managing online marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Experience with website creation, maintenance and updates, preferably Shopify.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication and customer engagement.
- Experience working with product development teams and packaging design is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach and a willingness to contribute ideas.

Qualifications

- Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Candidates will be required to provide a digital portfolio demonstrating previous design and marketing work.
