The Opportunity You'll be part of a dedicated maintenance crew responsible for keeping a large fleet of heavy mining equipment safe, reliable and ready for production.

Your role will cover a broad range of maintenance activities, including:

- Planned servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and breakdowns
- Component change-outs, repairs and rebuilds
- Major maintenance and corrective repairs
- Equipment inspections and fault identification
- Completing work orders and maintenance records




- Working closely with operators, supervisors and fellow trades
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area

You'll have the opportunity to work across a well-maintained fleet while developing your skills within a long-term operation.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a qualified tradesperson with strong heavy mobile equipment experience and a practical approach to maintenance.

You'll need

- Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic trade qualification
- Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving or mining equipment
- Strong mechanical diagnostics and fault-finding capability
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or ability to obtain
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- A strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
