Digital Content and Social Media Officer

Temporary Full Time, Fixed Term to 30 June 2027 Colac Otway Shire Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content, social media and community engagement?

We're looking for a talented Digital Content and Social Media Officer to bring the stories of Colac Otway Shire to life. From capturing community events and creating engaging videos to managing social media channels and delivering digital campaigns, you'll play a key role in connecting our community with the people, places and projects that make our region unique.

What you'll do:

- Create compelling social media content including photos, videos, reels and graphics.
- Manage and grow Council's social media presence.
- Capture and share stories from across the community.
- Deliver engaging digital campaigns and analyse performance to drive results.

What you'll bring:

- Experience managing organisational social media accounts.
- Strong photography, videography and content creation skills.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.

Salary Information: $77,392.64 to $99,797.88 per annum pro rata plus superannuation Applications Close Monday 21 September 2026 at 11:59pm
