About the role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Digital Conversion Strategist to join our team.

This is a full-time hybrid role ideally based in Brisbane. Your main focus will be to improve clients' website performance through strategic and systematic conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

The role involves overseeing the research phase, developing data-led optimisation strategies, identifying testing opportunities, facilitating client meetings, and delivering actionable insights via A/B testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for delivering impactful results.

Key responsibilities

Research

- Facilitate client Discovery Sessions to understand their business, goals and project objectives
- Review, interpret, and provide strategic guidance on research findings and tactic reports prepared by subject matter experts to ensure they are aligned with client objectives

Optimisation Strategy

- Translate insights into clear testing hypotheses with actionable recommendations
- Develop prioritised CRO testing roadmaps and quarterly optimisation strategies

CRO Execution

- Prepare test charters with low-fidelity concepts and coordinate experiment delivery with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate launch




- Monitor testing performance, report on test results, and continuously refine optimisation strategies based on insights

Project & Account Management

- Manage client projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Facilitate weekly meetings, monthly reviews, strategic workshops, and ongoing stakeholder communication

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic support
- Support client growth initiatives, upsell opportunities, and new business pitches

Qualifications

- Proven experience in delivering Conversion Rate Optimisation and/or value performance improvements for eCommerce and non-eCommerce businesses
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, with at least one additional specialty area across Analytics, UX Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, or related disciplines highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of quantitative and qualitative research tactics
- Ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Strong project management skills to manage and deliver results effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
