They are looking for a driven digital leader to take the reins of their e-commerce strategy, driving sales and profit across all digital channels. You will own commercial performance, digital operations, and optimisation, all while delivering creative customer experiences that truly reflect the spirit of the brand.

Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with a talented team, from Marketing to IT specialists, Product and Planning, you will manage the online trading calendar, develop creative and effective marketing programs, and use data to spot the next big opportunity, always with the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You will need sharp commercial judgment, strong UX/UI skills and the leadership skills to inspire teams and agencies alike. You will be adept at balancing trading, stock, and customer experience, with a natural ability to turn insights into action and ideas into growth. You know your way around digital operations, e-commerce processes, website performance, and customer journeys.

Your career experience will ideally be from retail fashion apparel or related product experience and you understand the importance of both bricks and mortar and online from a customer experience perspective and have a well-rounded understanding of how this translates in bringing digital to life. You will need to be extremely commercial, focused on outcomes and achieving business crucial milestones and enjoy being held accountable for results. Your career experience will be supported by formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
