Digital Marketing & Client Services Role – Sydney-Based (Part-Time)

The Chance:

We’re looking for a Sydney-based all-rounder to join our team in a part-time capacity (approx. 4 hours/day across 5 days per week). This is a varied and hands-on role combining digital marketing, client service, sales support, quoting, billing coordination, and project management.

You'll be the friendly face and proactive support our clients love—helping manage projects, assist with digital strategy execution, and play a key role in the sales and quoting process through excellent communication and service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, and social campaigns
- Provide excellent client service—ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident
- Assist directly in sales and quoting, including gathering requirements, preparing proposals, and following up on opportunities
- Help coordinate website and development projects from start to finish




- Support billing, budgeting, and project tracking tasks
- Contribute ideas to help improve our services, internal processes, and client outcomes

What You’ll Bring: Must-Have:

- Solid experience in SEO/GEO, Paid Ads on Google and Meta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to support sales, quoting, and client onboarding
- Experience managing multiple tasks or projects with minimal supervision
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar
- Availability across 5 days per week, approx. 4 hours per day, with 1 day in-office

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience using WordPress and Shopify
- Project or account management experience in an agency or digital environment
- Previous experience in a sales support or business development role
