Join Our Team – Digital Operator & Customer Service Role

Are you passionate about print, customer service, and digital production? We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to join us in a dynamic role at our Pinkenba office.

This is an on-site position with a solid focus on digital print operations and customer service . If you have an eye for design, there is also an exciting opportunity to develop your graphic design skills further as part of your career path.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating digital printing & finising equipment and assisting with a variety of print production tasks
- Supporting customer service needs both in-person and over the phone/email
- Managing orders and liaising with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborating with the production team and Centre Manager for seamless job delivery
- Helping prepare and produce printed products, including:
- Flyers, brochures, books and business stationery




- Posters & large format signage

About You

- Friendly, customer-focused and keen to learn
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Interest or experience in digital print, production or customer service
- Bonus: basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn
