Join Our Team – Digital Operator & Customer Service Role

Are you passionate about print, customer service, and digital production? We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to join us in a agile role at our Pinkenba office.

This is an on-site position with a strong focus on digital print operations and customer service. If you have an eye for design, there is also an exciting opportunity to develop your graphic design skills further as part of your career path.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating digital printing & finising equipment and assisting with a variety of print production tasks
- Supporting customer service needs both in-person and over the phone/email
- Managing orders and liaising with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Collaborating with the production team and Centre Manager for seamless job delivery
- Helping prepare and produce printed products, including:
- Flyers, brochures, books and business stationery




- Posters & large format signage
