About the Role - This is far more than a traditional technology leadership position.

You'll be responsible for defining enterprise technology strategy, establishing architectural direction, guiding technology investment and ensuring every major technology decision aligns with broader organisational objectives.

Working closely with executive leadership, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio spanning enterprise architecture, engineering, integration, cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, data, AI and digital capabilities. You'll also provide strategic leadership to senior technical teams while managing key technology vendors and managed service providers.





Success in this role will come from balancing innovation with commercial outcomes, making confident strategic decisions and creating an environment where high-performing technology teams can thrive.

About You -

We're looking for an experienced technology executive who combines commercial thinking with outstanding strategic leadership.

You'll ideally offer

- Demonstrated experience partnering with CIOs and executive leadership teams on enterprise technology strategy.
- A strong background in enterprise architecture, technology governance and large-scale digital transformation.
- Broad technical exposure across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, integration, APIs, data, analytics, AI and contemporary engineering practices.
- Experience leading senior technology leaders while managing technology budgets, strategic vendors and complex delivery environments.
- A confident and decisive leadership style, with the ability to challenge constructively, make difficult decisions and influence stakeholders at every level.
- Exceptional communication skills and the commercial judgement to align technology investment with business outcomes.
