About the Role

This is a casual position offering a variety of shifts, including:

- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends and public holidays

Key responsibilities:

- Providing in-home support and personal care
- Supporting exercise programs and manual handling
- Assisting with community access and transport
- Completing clear and accurate shift notes
- Planning activities aligned with client goals
- Supporting client independence and advocacy

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:





- Communicates clearly and follows instructions
- Takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Is reliable, punctual, and professional
- Works well independently and within a team

Experience in disability support is valued, however a solid attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Requirements

- Current First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Must be based on Brisbane’s northside
