About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Community Disability Support Workers to support people living with disability to live independently and actively within their community. This role involves providing person-centred support that promotes choice, dignity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualised support in line with participant care plans
- Assist with community access, social activities, and appointments
- Support daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
- Encourage independence, skill development, and choice
- Build positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Follow NDIS, organisational, and safety requirements

About You
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community services is preferred but not essential




- Willingness to learn and participate in training

Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (willingness to obtain)
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Current Police Check (willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR (willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full driver's licence is required
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in Australia
- Candidates with valid work visas will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
