Disability South West Ltd is a boutique provider servicing Fairfield, Liverpool, Cambelltown and Wollondilly LGA's, with facilities based in Green Valley, Gregory Hills, Oran Park, Mount Annan and Picton.

Shift types include: Short Term Respite and Supported Independent Living (including sleeping overnight shifts) Day Program, Community Participation and Individual shifts.

Requirements for a successful candidate:
- Minimum of 6 months experience supporting individuals living with a Disability
- Be willing to work in our SIL and STA houses overnight
- Current CPR, FIRST AID & NDIS Worker Check
- NSW Drivers License & Comprehensive car insurance preferred
