· Advance your career with long-term development opportunities The Role An opportunity exists within our NSW Contracts Division for a Dispatch Officer to obtain full training and development across the daily allocation and management of our fleet of vehicles.





Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Allocating work to contractors ensuring service parameters are consistently met
- Effectively communicating with colleagues and sub-contractors
- Ensuring that all written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues & sub-contractors is always professional and courteous
- Ensuring that client expectations are met in terms of time and quality in the delivery of our services
- Being aware of OH&S; requirements and responsibilities, training will be provided
- Inbound and outbound customer service/query calls.
- Processing of client bookings via phone and email.
- Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
- Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our sub-contractor drivers.

You To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Calm and professional telephone manner
- Data Entry Skills - Intermediate
- Microsoft Office skills - Intermediate
