Your Role You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Every day is different – and meaningful.
Typical responsibilities may include
- Personal care and manual handling
- Medication and mealtime support
- Domestic assistance and transport
- Social and community access
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with people with disability (especially in home or community settings)
- Genuine empathy, patience, and a professional attitude
- Ability to commit to consistent, ongoing shifts
- Flexibility to work across multiple clients and settings
Requirements We welcome candidates who already hold the following, or are willing to obtain them:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Manual Handling training (desirable)
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or similar (desirable)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
