About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Disability Support Worker to join our team, supporting NDIS participants in and around Bridgewater to live independently and achieve their personal goals. This role starts at 10 hours per week, offering a great entry point for someone looking to build experience in the disability sector, with a genuine opportunity to increase hours as our team and client base grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting participants with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
- Supporting community access, social outings, and appointments
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties
- Providing transport to appointments, activities, and social engagements
- Encouraging independence and supporting participants toward their NDIS goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Following individual support plans, behaviour support plans, and manual handling procedures

About You

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a related field
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate




- Working With Children Check (if supporting participants under 18)
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (desirable)
- Current, valid WA driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, caring approach
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
