This role supports our Pharmacists and the Store in delivering a seamless patient experience through timely and accurate dispensary operations. Located in Adelaide's northern suburbs, Pharmacy 777 Golden Grove is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician to join our collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Dispensing scripts efficiently and accurately
- Triaging phone calls to ensure Pharmacists remain accessible to patients
- Managing general dispensary administration and maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting Pharmacists in providing relevant product and health information
- Delivering exceptional patient care and service
About you
- Flexibility to work on weekday and weekend shifts
- Previous experience in community pharmacy is beneficial
- Dispensing experience is an advantage
- Certificate II / III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable
- The right to live and work in Australia
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach and a sense of urgency in your work
- Sound problem-solving skills
