? THE ROLE
As a Driller, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling operations.
Your responsibilities will include
- Operating drilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing pre-starts, inspections, and routine equipment checks
- Following drilling programs, site procedures, and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate drilling and production records
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues and site hazards
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and operating safely

We want drillers who are reliable,
switched-on and take pride in getting the job done right. What you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience as a Drill Operator in mining, exploration or civil
- Relevant tickets, licences, and competencies
- A strong safety-first attitude
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- Current Australian working rights
