Pipe Relining & Drainage Technician

We’re looking for someone with plumbing or drainage experience to join our team and be fully trained in specialist pipe relining.

You do NOT need previous pipe relining experience – we’ll train you properly from the ground up.

The main thing we’re looking for is someone who understands how drains work. If you understand sewer and waste systems, can follow how pipework runs and have some experience with CCTV, jetting or drainage repairs, we can teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing:

- Pipe relining and patch repairs
- CCTV drain inspections and locating
- High-pressure drain cleaning
- Preparing pipework for relining
- Robotic cutting and grinding
- Reinstating junctions after relining
- Diagnosing drainage problems
- Minor residential plumbing work

We’ll train you in:

- The complete pipe relining process from start to finish
- Measuring and preparing liners
- Resin preparation and mixing
- Inversion and patch lining
- Robotic cutting and pipe preparation
- Junction reinstatements
- CCTV inspection and diagnosing damaged pipework
- Using our specialist relining equipment
- Eventually running complete relining jobs yourself

We don't expect you to know everything from day one. You'll work alongside us and be trained hands-on until you're confident with the entire process.



Once you're fully trained and capable of running relining jobs independently, your pay will increase to reflect your experience and responsibility.

What we're looking for:

- Plumbing or drainage experience
- A good understanding of how drains and sewer systems work
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to think for yourself and solve problems on site
- Takes pride in their work and looks after equipment
- Current driver's licence

We’re a small, easy-going crew and don't run a strict corporate-style workplace. We want someone who turns up, gets the job done properly, gets along with everyone and enjoys what they do.

- $45–$55 per hour + super, depending on experience

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour
