We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce & Gift Card Manager to take ownership of that growth.

The Role

Reporting to our Chief Operations Officer and Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the commercial owner of gift card growth across Soak Bathhouse. You’ll develop and execute a national strategy spanning digital sales, corporate and B2B gifting, third-party distribution, partnerships, CRM, performance marketing, in-venue sales and new gifting opportunities.

This is a commercial growth role, with clear accountability for revenue and measurable results.

Your Number-One Priority: Gift Card Growth

You’ll use your gift card, digital and e-commerce expertise to drive growth across the entire customer journey, including:

- Developing and executing Soak’s national gift card growth strategy
- Delivering year-on-year revenue growth and establishing clear commercial KPIs
- Identifying new audiences, gifting occasions and opportunities outside traditional seasonal peaks
- Improving the online purchase journey, conversion rate and average transaction value
- Using CRM, customer segmentation, personalisation, email and SMS to drive acquisition and repeat purchasing
- Developing abandoned-cart, remarketing and retargeting programs
- Working with our marketing team and agencies across paid search, paid social, SEO and digital acquisition
- Developing new gift card products and giftable experiences
- Using purchasing, redemption and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Improving physical and digital gift card sales within our bathhouses




- Continually testing new ideas and channels to drive incremental revenue

Build Corporate & B2B Gifting

Corporate gifting represents a significant growth opportunity for Soak Bathhouse. You’ll develop a scalable B2B channel across employee rewards and recognition, corporate wellness, client gifting, staff incentives, bulk gifting and employee-benefit programs.

You’ll develop the proposition, sales approach, systems and partnerships required to build this into a meaningful national revenue stream.

Expand Our Distribution

You’ll identify and develop new ways for customers to discover and purchase Soak gift cards through:

- Gift card and experience marketplaces
- Corporate rewards and employee-benefit platforms
- Loyalty and affiliate programs
- Strategic brand partnerships
- Travel and tourism channels
- Retail and digital distribution partners

The Longer-Term E-commerce Opportunity

Gift cards are the immediate priority, but the opportunity is broader. As Soak Bathhouse grows, we see significant potential to build a more sophisticated e-commerce business spanning merchandise, physical and digital products, partnerships and other online revenue streams.

For the right person, this role provides the opportunity to help shape and take greater ownership of Soak Bathhouse’s broader e-commerce platform as it develops.

Gift Card Experience Is Essential

We’re specifically looking for someone with genuine, demonstrable experience growing gift card revenue. Ideally, you’ve managed or played a significant role in a substantial gift card program within retail, wellness, beauty, hospitality, travel, entertainment, experiences, loyalty, rewards or another major consumer-facing business.

You’ll bring

- Direct experience growing gift card revenue




- Ownership or significant responsibility for a gift card program
- Strong understanding of gift card customer behaviour
- Experience developing new sales and distribution channels
- Digital gift card and e-commerce experience
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience across CRM, conversion and digital acquisition
- Experience with partnerships, loyalty, rewards or third-party distribution
- The ability to set commercial targets and demonstrate measurable results

Corporate or B2B gift card experience would be particularly valuable.

Who You’ll Be

You’re commercially minded, entrepreneurial and analytical, and enjoy owning a revenue number. You can develop a national growth strategy while remaining hands-on in its execution, and are comfortable working across data, digital marketing, partnerships, customer experience and commercial strategy.

Package & Flexibility

$120,000 base salary + superannuation + up to $20,000 STI The STI will be linked to clearly defined performance outcomes, with a robust emphasis on gift card revenue growth and commercial performance. The role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and will be predominantly work from home, with periodic attendance at management meetings, planning sessions and Soak Bathhouse locations.
