Bring your early childhood expertise, passion, and drive for excellence - and we’ll handle the admin. Step into a role where your energy goes into what truly matters - nurturing children’s learning, leading your team, and partnering with families.

We have three exciting opportunities available at our Beaconsfield service:

- Service Leader
- 2IC
- Educator - Diploma Qualified

Which Role Could Be Right for You? All three positions require a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Where you fit will depend on your experience, leadership capability and the level of responsibility you’re ready to take on.

- Diploma Qualified Educator – You’re a skilled early childhood educator who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, building positive relationships with children and families, and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality service.

What You’ll Need Across all three positions, you will need:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved equivalent qualification.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain it.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications, or willingness to obtain these as required.
- Right to work in Australia.
