What You’ll Be Doing

- Build personalised strategic education roadmaps tailored to client outcomes and individualised student learning needs.
- Advise Year 7-12 families on the best education strategy for their child, based on the latest evidence-based research.
- Manage the learning trajectory of a student to achieve outcomes through coaching, mentoring and teaching.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families through an exceptional level of managing expectations, proactivity and communication.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Enjoy working with people and be passionate about helping families create better academic outcomes and future opportunities.
- Have an expert-level understanding of the education systems and enjoy building and identifying the right opportunities and strategies to move students from where they are to where they want to be.




- Are a natural change agent and have experience in creating behavioural change in students.
- Are an independent problem-solver who enjoys getting to the root cause and turning complex problems into clear strategies and action.
- Comfortable making informed decisions and being accountable for outcomes, while knowing when to seek support where needed.
