Customer Service Assistant – Entry Level

Are you passionate about cars and motorsport, great with people and confident using computers?

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join a well-established company that is a leader in the car parts and motorsport industry.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for cars, automotive parts and motorsport and would love to turn that interest into a career.

You don't need extensive industry experience — full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

You'll be working with customers who are purchasing automotive and performance parts, with a large part of your day spent taking and processing orders.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Taking car parts orders over the phone and online
- Assisting customers with product and parts enquiries
- Entering orders and customer information into computer systems
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Learning the company's range of automotive and performance products
- Liaising with the internal team to ensure orders are processed correctly
- General administration and customer service duties

Automotive parts experience isn't essential. However, you must have a genuine interest in cars, performance vehicles or motorsport.
