Summary:

VERSA is looking for an Experience Designer to help shape one of the most important services within the business. This is a rare opportunity to do genuinely innovative work at a business that's growing fast, backed by real, proven experience in pushing the boundaries of new-age user experiences.

It's a UX-focused role for a designer with 3-5 years of industry experience who leads with research, thinks in systems, and turns user insight into functional design outcomes. Increasingly, that work centres on agentic AI and AI-led experiences and this is your chance to help lead the way on some of the most forward-thinking work in the industry.

We're after proven capability and relevant experience, but just as much, we want curiosity and a genuine drive to raise the standard of every experiential output. If you're someone who wants to own the UX process end to end, champion human-centred design across an agency that's investing seriously in what comes next, this is the role to do it.
