Pearl Recruitment is a privately owned, Australian run recruitment agency established since 2010, recruiting across Mining, Heavy Industrial, Construction and Warehousing – both technical and bulk labour hire. We have offices in Perth and Brisbane and grown to a total office team of 33 including 21 Recruiters, 2 Admins (who will do your reference checks), 3 Accountants (with payroll performed twice per week) an in-house Safety Manager (who oversees all injury management and return to work) as well as Marketing and Business Development.

As part of our continued growth plans for 2027 we have opportunities for Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants, New Account Managers or Business Development Managers either as full time or part time arrangements.

Key duties:

- Canvassing and contacting potential clients across a range of industries and discipline lines
- Arranging new client meetings and following up with quotes
- Client development and directly filling job orders (or working with resources)

Experience

- Previous experience within a recruitment agency (preferred), although opportunities will exist for people wanting an entry level career in recruitment
- High level written and interpersonal presentation
- Good computer skills




- Drivers Licence

We are interested in speaking with any experienced Recruiters / Business Development professionals with a consistent track record of building a desk who may be interested in joining our team. Our roles will be well supported by the team and there is an opportunity for some work from home, or school hours (however, you must be based in Perth or Brisbane and able to spend time in the office as part of a hybrid model). Being a smaller privately owned business we can be quite flexible to tailor a job to suit your requirements. Our Management style is supportive, collaborative and strategic (without the need for micro KPI's and excessive meetings). Additionally, we have free in office parking and offering highly competitive base salary / commission structures which are negotiable on experience.
