Tasks

· Prepare and cook high-quality dishes

· Create new menu items

· Manage temperature and cleaning schdeule of kitchen equipment

· Ensure food safety standards are met

Responsibilities

· Make food on order and prep as required in kitchen operations

· Maintain inventory and order supplies

· Train new kitchen staff if needed

· Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualification Requirements

· Proven experience as a Chef (1 year minimum)

· Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
