Our team is looking for an experienced Dental Assitant and Receptionist.

An all rounder who is energetic, reliable and ready to work in a fast paced setting.

The role is for Mondays and Thursdays, with a possible 3rd day in time.

Hours vary week to week from 22-25 hours a week.

We are closed on the weekends.

This is a long term role (more than 6 months) for the right candidate.

Experience as a Dental Assistant for at least 2 years & Reception is required as well previous knowledge using Dental4Windows is helpful.

Duties involve;

- Providing chair-side assistance (e.g. handing equipment to Dentists, mixing and preparing materials, setting up treatment trays and suction)
- Taking records and charting
- Administrative tasks (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records)
- Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
- Reception duties (e.g.



making appointments, taking payment, scheduling recall appointments, handling general enquiries, answering phone calls, maintaining the reception area)
- Experience as a Dental assistant of at least2 years required
- Use Dental4Windows for reception and assisting is helpful

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $36.39 – $38.29 per hour

Expected hours: 22.0 – 25.0 per week
