My Dentist Canberra is a welcoming, modern practice delivering high-quality general, cosmetic, implant and surgical dentistry. We’re looking for an engaging and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our small, supportive team. This is a rewarding patient-facing role that combines relationship-building, communication and commercial awareness. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions and move smoothly through their treatment journey.

About you

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships and helping people feel comfortable. You’ll also bring:
- Experience in treatment coordination, dentistry, healthcare, consultative sales or another high-value client-facing role




- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Confidence discussing treatment options, costs and payment solutions
- A positive, results-focused approach
- The ability to understand patient concerns and identify helpful solutions
- Professional communication and presentation
- Openness to feedback, coaching and continuous development

Key responsibilities

- Build trust and authentic relationships with patients
- Understand each patient’s needs, goals and concerns
- Clearly explain treatment recommendations and next steps
- Discuss costs, payment options and available financing
- Prepare personalised treatment information and resources
- Support patients through informed treatment decisions
- Coordinate a smooth handover to the scheduling team
- Maintain accurate records and consistent follow-up
