About the Role

Sydney Dental Hospital is part of Sydney Local Health District and is one of two major providers of public Oral Health Services in NSW. We provide a range of general and specialist dental services including orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, oral surgery, oral medicine, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, prosthetic laboratories, special care dentistry and Royal Prince Alfred Dental Clinics. We also provide support services to our patients including nutrition, social work and legal services.

The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Corporate Support function of Sydney Dental Hospital and Oral Health Services. This includes delivering strategic objectives, achieving performance targets, and ensuring services are provided effectively within the allocated budget.

Ideal Candidate

- Has relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline and / or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the allocation of corporate and clinical support resources within available resources.
- Proven capacity to manage corporate support services within a complex health environment.




- Extensive experience in financial management and budget development
