This is a hands-on, casual role supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing fashion brand.

You’ll sit at the centre of fulfilment and customer experience — ensuring orders are dispatched accurately, returns are processed efficiently, and customers receive clear, timely support.

The role is structured to suit someone looking for consistent part-time hours, particularly across school hours or alongside study.

It’s operational, fast-moving, and detail-driven.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and dispatch daily online orders with accuracy and speed
- Process returns end-to-end: garment QC, refunds, exchanges, and credit notes
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a explicit, solutions-focused manner
- Assist in managing stock intake, checking, and storage
- Maintain stockroom organisation and quality control standards
- Support regular stocktakes and inventory accuracy
- Work alongside the team to ensure smooth daily operations across dispatch and customer service

The Ideal Candidate

- Atleast 3 years previous experience in retail,



dispatch, or customer service (fashion preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable and able to work independently within a small team
- Comfortable in a hands-on, physical role (on your feet, moving stock)
- Looking for part-time, consistent hours (suited to school hours or flexible study schedules)
- A proactive, adaptable, and problem solving mindset
