ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing, high-performing organisation within the food and manufacturing sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to partner closely with operational leaders and play a key role in driving financial performance, improving efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Based in the Brisbane region, you will work across manufacturing and supply chain operations, providing meaningful financial analysis, insights, forecasting, and support to key stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

- Partner closely with operational and business leaders to support commercial decision-making and strategy.
- Lead financial analysis across manufacturing operations, supply chain costs, inventory and product costing.
- Provide insights to identify opportunities for improved labour and operational efficiencies.
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Analyse financial and operational performance and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Warehouse functions.
- Support month-end activities and the delivery of accurate and timely financial results.




- Assist in maintaining strong financial controls within an operational environment.
- Drive profitable growth through proactive analysis, commercial insight and performance reporting.

ABOUT YOU:

- CA/CPA qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Business Partnering or a similar role.
- Solid financial analysis, forecasting and modelling skills.
- Proven experience partnering with operational stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- The ability to translate complex financial information into practical and actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively across multiple functions.
- Manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness or supply chain experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience with inventory valuation, operational costing or product costing would be advantageous.
