Platinum Pacific Partners in Sydney is seeking an experienced underwriter for end-to-end commercial real estate lending. You will assess opportunities, prepare approval papers and support deals from initial review through to completion, across the $1–10mio space with complex borrower structures.

The role emphasizes rapid turnaround, strong credit-writing and stakeholder management within a dynamic private-credit team. Prior non-bank lending experience is valued.
