We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site installer and labourer to join our team at NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd. This is a casual role based in Cardiff, NSW 2285, providing an opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our workshop and on-site locations.
What you'll be doing
1. Supporting installation crews on construction sites, helping to unload and move materials, and performing general labouring/site hand duties including the installation of fencing, screens, balustrades and more.
2. Loading, unloading and driving of light truck.
3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the workshop and on job sites
4. Performing other duties as required to support the operations of the business
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar construction/manufacturing role
2. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
4.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
5. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
6. Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
