This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient installation and repair of plumbing systems within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- - Commission and install new air conditioning systems across residential and light commercial projects.
- Support the training, mentoring, and development of apprentices.
- Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with other trades to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-focused approach.
- Display a high level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.

Qualifications:
