A day in the life of a Cater Care Chef: You will leave behind the unpredictable hours of standard restaurants and step into a structured,



highly rewarding environment. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality, high-volume meals (breakfast, crib, dinner, and desserts).
- Managing dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests with care.
- Taking ownership of kitchen operations, including stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking.
- Maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards in line with our Food Safety programs.
- Delivering fast, effective service with a smile and assisting the broader team as needed.

What You Need To Get a Start

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Experience: High-volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded, but a positive, fast-learning attitude is just as key.
- Mindset: A motivated, 'can-do' attitude with a first-rate focus on safety and customer service.
- Reliability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work seamlessly within a tight-knit team.
- Clearances: Ability to obtain a current police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
